Terms of service
Last updated September 9, 2026
Tryhard Prep is a study tool: practice tests, drills, and explanations for the digital SAT. These terms are the deal between you and us when you use it. We have tried to write them so a student can read them.
Your account
You need an account to take tests and drills. You can sign in with Google, an email link, or a password. Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
You must be at least 13 to use Tryhard Prep. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms for you, and they can email us to see or delete your data.
Free and paid access
The free tier includes the tests we mark as free, a limited number of drill questions per day, and your mistakes bank. A pass unlocks every test and unlimited drills for a fixed number of days.
Passes are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing renews. Buying a pass while one is active adds the new days after the current pass ends. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Refunds are described in the refund policy, which is part of these terms.
What you can and cannot do
The tests, questions, explanations, and figures on Tryhard Prep are original works we own. You can use them to study. You cannot copy, publish, sell, scrape, or share them, or use them to train software, and you cannot share one account between several people.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may refuse a refund in that case.
Scores are estimates
Our tests are written to match the skills, difficulty, and style of the real SAT, but they are not the real SAT. The scores we show are estimates from our own scoring curves, and a score here is not a prediction or a guarantee of a score on the official test.
Trademarks
SAT is a registered trademark of College Board, which is not affiliated with Tryhard Prep and does not endorse this product. Bluebook is a trademark of College Board. We use these names only to say what our product helps you prepare for.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Tryhard Prep available all the time, but we cannot promise it. If an outage stops you from using a pass for a meaningful stretch, write to us and we will extend it.
We may change the product, the prices, or these terms. When terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on the site or by email, and the new terms apply from then on.
Limits on our liability
Tryhard Prep is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. That removes your name, email, and sign-in methods and ends any active pass. Your answers are kept without any link to you so that question statistics keep working.
Contact and governing law
Questions about these terms go to hello@tryhardprep.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tryhard Prep is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking, it will be heard in the courts of that state.
