Refund policy
When you can get a refund
You can request a full refund within 7 days of buying a pass, as long as you haven't completed a full-length test or answered more than 30 drill questions on that pass. Partial tests don't count against this.
How to ask
Email hello@tryhardprep.com from the address on your account and say which pass. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, and the pass ends when the refund is issued.
What isn't refundable
A pass can't be refunded once it's more than 7 days old, or once a full-length test has been completed or more than 30 drill questions answered on it. If something is wrong with the product, tell us anyway, and we'll make it right.
