When you can get a refund
You can request a full refund within 7 days of buying a pass, as long as you haven't completed a full-length test on that pass. Drills and partial tests don't count against this.
How to ask
Email hello@tryhardprep.com from the address on your account and say which pass. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, and the pass ends when the refund is issued.
What isn't refundable
Passes older than 7 days, and passes on which a full-length test has been completed. If something is wrong with the product, tell us anyway; we'll make it right.
